Summary

Regional / market role supporting multiple communities by coordinating timekeeping, payroll, administrative and communications.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist assigned communities with submission of payroll edits, including garnishment, bonus, deductions, and other one-time pay adjustments
  • Support leadership with submission of service now requests in PeopleSoft or creation of status change forms for AOD data
  • Support assigned communities to submit required state and federal payroll reporting requirements
  • Issue correspondence for associates and leaders to confirm PRN status, orientation attendance and other requests as needed
  • Assist with maintenance and auditing of local associate files in accordance with state and federal regulations; records related to job performance, attendance, training discipline, separation checklists, and resignation letters.
  • Assist assigned community leadership with tracking of licensure, MyLearning compliance, occupational health, misconduct registry, and certification renewals
  • Assist assigned community leaders with AIS provisioning and de-provisioning
  • Assist assigned communities associates with verification of employment or other required documentation
  • Coordinate facility, equipment, gathering of required documents (I9 and related identification), and leadership presenters for new associate orientation for assigned communities
  • Assist leadership with administration of local recognition and appreciation programs
  • Partner with assigned communities to produce badges for new associates
  • Coordinate job fairs for assigned communities
  • Support assigned communities with position control process
  • May be asked to perform other administrative responsibilities to support needs of the communities
  • Will travel to assigned communities as needed
  • Works scheduled shift including overtime, scheduled weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts when necessary

Job Requirements

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience working in the senior living industry
