The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will provide patient/resident care in our lodge community. This is a fast-paced environment that mirrors hospital care for residents completing rehabilitation on our assisted living campus.  The Certified Nursing Assistant completes assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient, and safe patient/resident care.  Communication and interactions with patients, residents, families and other health team members is an essential component of this position.


  • Certified Nurse Assistant with experience in hospital care in  a plus for the lodge.
  • Performs initial and ongoing data collection on all patients/residents under the direction of the Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • Implements plan of care developed by the Registered Nurse based on patient/resident physical, psychosocial, cultural, ethnic and religious/spiritual needs.
  • Provides direct patient/resident care and reports condition and changes to RN or LPN.
  • Documents results of patient/resident care within established policies, procedures and scope of practice.
  • Complies with all ministry policies and procedures.
  • Other duties:  Completes all other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements


  • Certified Nurse Aide (or be an NATII) required
  • CPR certified preferred
  • Clinical experience preferred
  • Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office required

Physical Demands

  • Frequently required to push and pull items, such as resident/patient beds, requiring a force of up to 75 pounds
  • Frequently required to carry or lift items weighing up to 25 pounds at waist level. 
  • Frequently required to assist in maneuvering resident/patients weighing 100-400 pounds
  • Tolerate standing and walking for up to 8 hours at a time on hard and soft surfaces

Full-time, Part-time, Weekend & PRN for all shifts
